Welcome to the world of Pearls! Cultured pearls are one of the most intriguing, stunning and beloved gems in the world and often misunderstood. Cultured pearls result from a small irritant (a small bead) implanted into living oysters or mussels. The oysters or mussels secrete a substance called “nacre” which bonds to the irritant. The resulting layers of nacre form the pearls.
Not Your Mother’s Pearls is a line we discovered that takes the calssic look of pearls but breaks from tradtion in offering unique colors and combinations that can be worn any time. Fresh water cultured pearls are used to create stunning Chokers, Necklaces, Earrings and Wrap Bracelets.
Mother of Pearl designs include multiple colors of Bracelets, Earrings and Necklaces all enhanced with Sterling Silver.
